Accolade Partners is an investment firm dedicated to seeking significant long-term capital appreciation through investments in top-tier venture capital and growth equity funds on behalf of endowments, foundations, institutions, family offices and individuals.
Accolade Partners needed to capture information on Contacts, Funding and Investors. They had already been on Salesforce for several years, with all their data already being recorded in their org. However they needed to configure and reconfigure certain objects and settings in order to scale to increasing requirements as they continued to adopt and use Salesforce for a wider range of processes in their organization. This resulted in collaboration with App Solve over several projects spanning years.
With a focus on optimizing the Accolade Partners’ Salesforce instance to deliver on their business needs and increase efficiency, App Solve implemented several changes. Objects and relationships between them were reconfigured to enable accurate reporting.
Calendar Anything for events was installed and configured and event tracking was implemented. This enabled Accolade to create calendars and subsequently utilize them for all employees whether
or not they were Salesforce users, and integrate with “Out of the Box” Salesforce Events. Furthermore, SQL Matching Reports & Import, Data Migration & Reports and Dashboard Builds were executed, and WordPress Forms Integration with Salesforce was implemented.
App Solve was able to help Accolade improve two key processes. First, App Solve helped streamline Accolade’s workflow for investor commitments. This reconfigured workflow drastically reduces the amount of time it takes to enter and update new commitments. Additionally, the new Calendar allows all employees and internal groups to effectively and efficiently filter the calendar to see their desired events for the upcoming day, week or month.
As the core foundational CRM product within the Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud provides the baseline for the 30% revenue growth that the average App Solve customer achieves. Key areas like contact management, opportunity management, forecasting, reports and dashboards allow you to automate sales to supercharge growth.
