Custom Salesforce platform built from scratch
All-Star Baseball Academy (ASBA), the Delaware Valley’s largest organization for developing young athletes through mentoring, instruction and competition, was founded in 1998 by John Stefanik and Mike Manning, who opened the first facility (12,500 square feet) in Broomall, Pennsylvania.
Traditionally, ASBA used a central CRM platform titled ACT!, however, as ASBA continued to expand its popular baseball programs, they were actively looking for a more customized solution that would allow them to automate their marketing campaigns and create unique, targeted content for existing customers.
All-Star Baseball Academy (ASBA), turned to App Solve to build them a customized Salesforce platform from scratch. A customized platform addressed most of ASBA’s concerns but still lacked the automation required to make the process as smooth as possible. Through a technical data migration, App Solve was able to extract all content from their outdated CRM, ACT! and seamlessly integrate it within their newly implemented Salesforce platform. App Solve went one step further and provided the company with integrated financial data by partnering with QuickBooks Connector, DB Sync.
Moving from ACT! to Salesforce allowed ASBA to normalize flat data and take advantage of Salesforce.com’s multi-object database structure. Since normalized data is easier for users to maintain and easier for managers to report on, ASBA is now able to scale and grow with a clean, 360-degree view of their business.
Over time, your business changes, and App Solve enables you to continue your hockey stick growth by consulting on your current Salesforce.com system and potentially ‘Re-Optimizing’ your Salesforce platform.
