Fully customized Apex Trigger Coding solution that addressed the specific needs of SageNet’s Sales division

SageNet wanted to get the most out of their already established Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, by properly keeping track, analyzing and converting more leads. SageNet struggled with maintaining a clean and accurate database due to poor lead management execution and practices. SageNet didn’t have the in-house capability to create custom code for their Salesforce platform, so they reached out to App Solve.
After reviewing SageNet’s resources and limitations of their current Salesforce.com Sales Cloud Professional edition, App Solve went with a fully customized Apex Trigger Coding solution that addressed the specific needs of SageNet’s Sales division. After successfully writing a custom trigger code that generated an opportunity, contact and account for each lead, App Solve went one step further and configured SageNet’s whole backend operations, via a custom Sandbox render clean-up.
As a result of the new solution, SageNet can now effectively track, analyze and convert their leads to the necessary format, creating accurate account, opportunity and contact for each unique lead. SageNet can now generate a much larger set of contacts and accounts in their sales pipeline, allowing them to capture and convert more leads.
