WellNet implemented a Salesforce to Salesforce connection with their business partner, MSDS
Founded in 2001, WellNet is a provider of integrated health plans, wellness and cost management programs powered by sophisticated technology and engagement professionals. By leveraging real-time data and a high-tech, high-touch engagement model, WellNet identifies the root of the problem and addresses the most promising areas of cost-reduction providing both immediate and sustainable savings.
WellNet’s unique business model required them to share accurate up to date client records in real time with their main data provider, MSDS. Even though WellNet was using Salesforce, they still struggled transferring crucial information over to MSDS due to the limitations of their Salesforce Professional Edition. WellNet urgently needed to fix their record sharing problem with MSDS, as this directly impacted their employee productivity and hindered scalability.
Partnering with App Solve, WellNet implemented a Salesforce to Salesforce connection with their business partner, MSDS. Unlike other instances, where custom Apex coding can be used to create record sharing connection – WellNet was faced with limitations from their Professional Edition of Salesforce, therefore, it was required to get creative with the App Solve team. The innovative Salesforce to Salesforce connection was made to WellNet’s specifications including: read-only access for MSDS, real time record updates and custom notifications for shared records.
The successful implementation of secure, real- time and accurate record sharing enabled WellNet to achieve accelerated sales growth through employee productivity increases. WellNet can now get back to providing crucial healthcare and wellness information without worrying about their backend environment. App Solve met an aggressive project timeline through the use of an agile and collaborative delivery model.
As the core foundational CRM product within the Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud provides the baseline for the 30% revenue growth that the average App Solve customer achieves. Key areas like contact management, opportunity management, forecasting, reports and dashboards allow you to automate sales to supercharge growth.
