Einstein Voice:

By now, we’ve grown accustomed to various forms of voice technology. What started as the voice-controlled audio systems in our cars have evolved into the more refined ‘house robots’ such as Google Assistant. While controlling your home and basic schedule hands-free is a convenient perk of 2019 living, voice technology has not yet proved itself in the business sphere – until now. Enter: Einstein Voice, the AI-powered, voice-controlled business assistant from Salesforce. Einstein Voice is built into the Salesforce system and easily operates on natural language.
