BMS, leading building maintenance service, was facing challenges in getting proposals out efficiently. There was no consistency in the way that proposals were being put together either.
App Solve configured their core CRM system and built solutions to enable the seamless flow of the information collected from the worksheet onto the proposal, scope of work, and into their Salesforce org.
The Field Service Lightning implementation they had in place could not go live and they sought out another partner to address the challenges that they were faced with.
We created a new “Site” Record, won Opportunities, and updated the work order views and ability to view Service Contracts. We also improved asset history visibility and the user experience.
