Account Executive

Job Description

As our Account Executive, you will be partnering with organizations to help accelerate their sales through the use of our Salesforce.com products.

You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals.

App Solve offers a unique experience for an account executive that is based on creating relationships and solving problems that customers have on the Salesforce.com platform and broader ecosystem with our expanding suite of products. This is where you’ll spend the majority of your day, in high-value conversations as a trusted adviser to one of the most important technologies your customers will ever interact with.

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of Strategic accounts.
  • Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling.
  • Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Own the sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
  • Develop a strategic territory business plan.
  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal SFA system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

We are looking for candidates with work experience in:

  • Salesforce.com
  • Salesforce SI or ISV space

*SI: System Integrators, or commonly also known as Consulting Partners, are the types of partners who do consultative work to help build, configure, or optimize a Salesforce environment.

*ISV: Independent Software Vendor is a term in the Salesforce ecosystem that refers to a partner who’s built a product on the Salesforce platform.

Salesforce Functional Consultant

Job Description

As our Functional Consultant, your top priority is to build strong and trusted relationships with our customers. You are an advisor who seeks and defines problems. You will be responsible for proactively supporting our customers for a wide range of scenarios including configuring Salesforce.com, analyzing requirements, creating reports and dashboards, training customers, and developing data quality strategies to meet their business needs.

Skills:

  • Post-Secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent training/experience
  • 2+ years of supporting experience of enterprise systems including CRM, SFA, and ERPProven technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional design
  • A customer advocate with excellent listening skills to fully understand customer requirements and pain points
  • Proven presentation and communication skills with client executives
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build trust remotely as well as in-person
  • Understanding of XML, SQL, and enterprise application integration
  • A thorough understanding of B2B marketing /sales pipeline practices and KPIs
  • Proven advanced spreadsheet skills (formulas, data cleansing, and data manipulation)
  • Exposure to Salesforce.com configuration and custom development is a definite asset
  • Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Consultant, and/or Developer) is a definite asset Experience working with a professional consulting organization is a definite asset

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Configure Salesforce.com instances for clients
  • Plan and lead business solution design process for the client to understand and define functional project requirements
  • Provide information to clients around best practices in the CRM, ERP, and business process space
  • Map out client business processes current state and help to generate future state
  • Design and deliver training to clients
  • Help clients to drive user adoption of new technology
  • Perform quality assurance testing as needed
  • Support client data migration activities

Business Development Representative

Job Description

App Solve is a 7-year-old certified Salesforce Implementation and Consulting company. We’ve worked with over 250 customers and have completed nearly 500 projects in Salesforce.com.

In this role, you would be responsible for business development across North America within prospective accounts as well as App Solve’s existing account base.

You’re the right fit for this role if you’ve worked as an SDR or BDR and are looking for a fast-track path towards becoming an Account Executive. You have SAAS sales experience and ideally have worked at Salesforce.com in an SDR or BDR role.

Experience Requirements

  • Ideally, experience selling Salesforce.com
