THE CHALLENGE
5S Components did not have an adequate Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) platform to help their customer service team manage customer interactions. They were unable to gain insights into their own customer’s issues.
THE SOLUTION
App Solve updated their CPQ process by building an entirely new CPQ system in Salesforce that is synchronized to their quote processing in SAP with automated notifications, auto-generated pdf documents, and reporting.

THE CHALLENGE
Growing at such a high pace, ASIS International was struggling with managing their sales processes to align with their overall firm strategy. Disparate systems plagued the organization from properly connecting sales territories with their respective lead prospects.
THE SOLUTION
As a first step, ASIS partnered with App Solve to implement Salesforce.com Sales cloud with the purpose of integrating all of ASIS’ information from their current sources into the new centralized Salesforce instance.

THE CHALLENGE
The customer upgraded to Salesforce.com Enterprise Edition 6 months prior to the App Solve project but was unable to leverage the system to capitalize on the new functionality.
