THE CHALLENGE

BMS, leading building maintenance service, was facing challenges in getting proposals out efficiently. BMS wanted their salespeople to be able to send the proposal right from their mobile devices while still with the client.

THE SOLUTION

App Solve configured their core CRM system and built solutions to enable the seamless flow of the information collected from the worksheet onto the proposal, scope of work, and into their Salesforce org.

THE CHALLENGE

Enwave wanted to improve the workflow of their offices. Too much time was spent updating and releasing spreadsheets from department to department. Also, Enwave needed better insight into client relationships.

THE SOLUTION

We built the following solution to improve visibility, productivity, and strategic portfolio relationship management: Personalized User Interface, Process Automation, and a Custom Heat Map.

THE CHALLENGE

Bold Concepts needed a sales tracking process that could track the sales activities of their clients as well as the sales activities of their direct Sales team.

THE SOLUTION

App Solve implemented a Client Community Cloud solution with Salesforce Inbox. Custom objects were built so they could appropriately manage their clients and their engagements. Tracking was added so that they could evaluate client engagement activities.
