HIRE Technologies (“HIRE”) is building a network of staffing, IT, and HR consulting firms. They help their partners navigate the changing world through growth solutions, focusing on digital transformation.

The Challenge
HIRE imagined a CRM process where they could have one source of the truth. They were working with a disparate set of systems with data and marketing tools hosted on separate Platforms.
HIRE also needed a place to manage their investor relations database and acquisition opportunities pipeline.
The Solution
First, App Solve built the foundational Salesforce system to match the client’s business needs by configuring and customizing Sales Cloud. Then, App Solve customized activity tracking to match HIRE’s needs. To integrate lead records into Salesforce, App Solve provided HTML web form code to the client. Leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities were also configured.
After that, Sales Forecasting was configured to enable HIRE to see a complete view of their entire pipeline and business. Then, we created automation rules to support business process automation tasks and maximize efficiency and productivity within the business.
Next, App Solve implemented Pardot marketing automation within the Salesforce.com eco-system. Then, we integrated Pardot visitor tracking code to their website to reveal prospect activities and configured social media connectors for posting activities on Facebook, Linkedin & Twitter. We also created two branded landing pages to drive visitor web traffic.
Then we proceeded to migrate data into HIRE’s Salesforce implementation by extracting the data from all pre-existing systems and performed any needed cleaning and formatting.
Finally, we created and customized Reports and Dashboards based on HIRE’s business needs.
The Results
HIRE was able to view and track all their data in one place and derive meaningful insights from it. Their team increased their productivity by having automated notifications for tasks and deliverables.
They can easily scale their marketing process and send targeted and customized dynamic messages. They are now able to send visually appealing communication and forms directed to their stakeholders and leverage Pardot to nurture contacts based on type and activity on web Forms.
