As a leading Engineering Firm, Hurt & Proffitt has been experiencing extreme growth and needed to put more process in place around their Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
The Solution
Using Salesforce.com’s Professional Edition, App Solve built out Hurt & Proffitt’s Campaign functionality and they’re now able to track ROI on all Marketing spend so that they can decide on which marketing efforts make financial sense, and which ones need to be changed. App Solve provided guidance on how other Professional Services firms use Salesforce.com and helped create their sales processes around their current business and their future state goals.
The Results
Hurt & Proffitt is now set to scale as their organization continues to grow and are in plans to add more functions of their business on the Salesforce platform like quoting, proposal creation and project management.
