The Challenge
An existing user of Salesforce.com’s Sales Cloud, Serotte Law was struggling with using their platform effectively due to a non-user friendly set up, along with lack of training on the platform. Serotte Law wanted to not only achieve higher sales, but to also leverage their data more effectively down the line.
