Edenred Commuter Benefit Solutions is the nation’s leading provider of commuter benefits, serving approximately 10% of Fortune 500 companies, 20% of Fortune 100 companies and 53 of the nation’s premiere benefit administrators. They have been making commuter benefits a staple in employee benefit packages nationwide since 1985 and currently manage commuter programs for some of the largest transit authorities in the country: Boston, Chicago and Philadelphia.

The Challenge

The customer upgraded to Salesforce.com Enterprise Edition 6 months prior to the App Solve project but was unable to leverage the system to capitalize on the new functionality because of a lack of time, resources and in-house expertise.

The Solution

In order to create efficiencies in the business App Solve built an entirely new Lead Management system to automatically assign leads to the appropriate sales reps based on territory and size of company. App Solve also built out new page layouts and record types so that the customer could fully differentiate 2 unique sales processes that would be relevant to each separate sales team. With a re-engineered lead assignment process, a more streamlined sales process for their primary sales team, App Solve also provided unique advice and consultation on how the sales team could be even more productive by sharing Salesforce.com, in-house best practices on using opportunity pages, views and sales processes. App Solve also built workflows to further streamline the customer’s business as well as built relevant reports and dashboards so that the SVP of Sales and Marketing and COO could get a precise, real-time snap shot of the business.
