MineralTree had already implemented Salesforce but needed help extending the base capabilities and ensuring its setup was accurately optimized and mobile compatible for its sales, service, and other teams. Furthermore, their bridge to closing business deals, DocuSign, assigned inaccurate information to sensitive documents – directly affecting their ability to close deals.
App Solve worked with the client in identifying all custom objects, their relationships, workflows and reporting needs. A re-optimization solution was deployed using default objects and custom objects (with multi-level hierarchies and dependencies) in Salesforce. Additionally, custom triggers and workflow to track the status of projects were configured allowing MineralTree to accurately report on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Lastly, App Solve tested and redeployed Docusign, ensuring that it is pulling consistent and reliable information from the system. Specifically, ensure that business-specific Docusign actions (i.e. Convert opportunity to Closed-Won, notify specific parties, etc) are functioning as desired.

MineralTree can now also close more leads throughout every step of their sales pipeline, due to accurate information flow, as a result of the DocuSign field repair.
